How OT360 supervision works.
Supervision begins with a free 30 min initial professional consultation to clarify your role, context, and what you want and need from supervision.
High standards, low pressure — supervision that’s rigorous, kind, and accessible at every career stage. You don’t need to be confident or “have it all together” to book. If you’re feeling unsure, stretched, or low in confidence, you’re exactly the kind of person I want to work with — we’ll start where you are and build clarity step by step.
We always start with you: what matters to you, what’s hard right now, and what you want to be different. We use my career-stage model and the Proctor approach to reflect on your practice, professional responsibilities and wellbeing. Personal stuff is welcome too, because it affects how you work. Together we’ll make sense of what’s happening and agree practical next steps so you leave feeling clearer and more grounded.
Supervision doesn’t stop when the session ends. If something comes up between appointments, you can contact me for brief support—like having a trusted professional colleague on hand, the way we used to talk things through over lunch—so you stay calm, clear and professionally grounded.
Fees
Supervision is offered in structured options tailored to your career stage, role complexity and professional responsibility. Fees are discussed during the initial consultation to ensure clarity and best fit.
