About Margaret
Margaret Spencer MA DipCOT CertEd FRCOT, HCPC Reg. is a nationally respected consultant occupational therapist, educator and professional supervision leader, with more than 40 years’ experience across clinical practice, higher education, workforce development, research and consultancy. She is the Founder and Director of OT360 — an independent provider of occupational therapy supervision and professional practice consultancy, supporting occupational therapists across NHS Trusts, Primary Care Networks, GP services, universities, independent practice and third-sector organisations.
Known for calm authority and ethical clarity, Margaret provides supervision that is structured, professionally defensible and aligned to regulatory expectations. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (FRCOT), has held national and regional RCOT leadership roles, and is an Accredited Health Education England Supervisor. Her approach strengthens decision-making, supports safe practice, and helps practitioners feel professionally grounded across complex roles and settings.
